Fill a need and Culture Changes

Cultures can change with the simplest of inventions, because its tools and useful tech that is taken up by the most unlikely, but with logic it’s quite obvious. Africa is the biggest growth market for mobile banking, based purely on the fact that 80% of the land mass is barely populated and there are no banks for 100’s of miles.

Mobile banking is a new modern invention, and whilst we have all lived on Face book and texted each other for years now, the consistently moving modern society, dictates that we need to access our money on the move. Cash is slowly but surely becoming a thing of the past and contactless payments will see the credit card doing the same.

I could not have imagined in the late 1980’s with my brick sized mobile phone, that it has become so important in modern societies and cultures across the world.
